Time On and Counts

If you would like to track how long a Value or Alarm is on or how many times it transitions in a time period use the Time On and Counts property under each Tag parameter that you would like to monitor.

Using Configure-Tags select an existing Tag like Ramp.

Select the High High alarm tab.

Enable the Time On and Counts property.

You can select Apply Changes and you will see the following parameters in any client when you browse the Ramp Tag.

AlarmHighHighTimeOn is the amount of time the alarm is active in minutes.

AlarmHighHighTimeOnCurrentDay is the amount of time the alarm has been active for the current day.

AlarmHighHighTimeOnPeriod1 is the amount of time the alarm has been active for the last amount of time specified in Period 1 in minutes.

AlarmHighHighTimeOnPeriod2 is the amount of time the alarm has been active for the last amount of time specified in Period 2 in minutes.

AlarmHighHighTimeOnTotal is the amount of time the alarm has been active for all of time since the Time On and Counts feature has been enabled or reset.

AlarmHighHighCountCurrentDay is the number of times the alarm state has become active for the current day.

AlarmHighHighCountPeriod1 is the number of times the alarm state has become active for the time specified in Period 1.

AlarmHighHighCountPeriod2 is the number of times the alarm state has become active for the time specified in Period 2.

AlarmHighHighCountTotal is the number of times the alarm state has become active for all of time since the Time On and Counts feature has been enabled or reset.

To retain the Time On and Counts values when the service is restarted use the property Retain Times and Counts to File at the bottom of Configure-Options.
